THERE IS NO PASSION TO BE FOUND IN PLAYING SMALL - IN SETTLING FOR A LIFE THAT IS LESS THAN THE ONE YOU ARE CAPABLE OF LIVING | Nelson Mandela

Let me start off by confessing something: I used store-bought invitations for my wedding.
Now, let me explain: I wanted custom invitations, but I was overwhelmed by the whole process… Where do I look for a designer? Which fonts should I use? What is the proper wording for an invite?
It wasn’t until after my wedding that I decided to create All That’s Lovely, but my passion for design started when I was young. Growing up in Australia, I was surrounded by the beautiful colours that Mother Nature created with her sunsets, beaches and lush greenery. I attribute this to my use of simple, natural design in my invitations.

After meeting my husband in 2006, he somehow convinced me to move from the always-warm Australia to the not-so-always-warm country of Canada. With time, I learned to love my newly adopted country, especially as it introduced me to its white winters and warm colours of autumn.
After completing my diploma in Graphic Design, and after tying the knot in 2011, I officially began my business. I quickly noticed that the majority of invitations available were cliche and over priced. I wanted to break out of that mould and make designs that were both unique and affordable.
The best thing about my job is knowing that, in some small way, I am contributing to someone’s special day.
